1. Who was your favorite teacher?
My eighth-grade algebra teacher.

2. Why was that teacher so special?
He sort of reminded me of Yosemite Sam and was really funny but still really wise, and I was head of the class that year.

3. Do you think teachers get paid enough?
It really depends upon whether they're actually teaching or just indoctrinating children with nonsense. Thomas Sowell had a great quote on this subject: "Schools exist for the education of children. Schools do not exist to provide iron-clad jobs for teachers, billions of dollars in union dues for teachers unions, monopolies for educational bureaucracies, a guaranteed market for teachers colleges, or a captive audience for indoctrinators."

4. Do you have a favorite year of school?
Yes, my early community college years.

5. If you could travel back in time and tell yourself something now that would have helped you get through school, what would you say?
Stay in special education. Mainstream students are total fucking assholes.
