There actually is an International Men's Day - November 19th. But... it seems largely ignored, and I get the feeling that we would be mocked and ridiculed for celebrating it.
As for white holidays... there kind of are, but they're more specific. The reason St. Patrick's day is such a big deal here (but not in Ireland) is because it's an Irish pride day. The Irish were treated very, very poorly through much of American history. Same goes for Italians with Columbus day.
