I've pretty much decided to forfeit nicotine and alcohol, hemp, and whatnot, and while I had tried hemp/CBD vape, I don't care much for it either, and caffeine I don't care much for either since I skip straight to the crash, so I'll just stick to my psychiatric meds (I got a change in my Proza recently and started taking Ativan again, to be taken "as needed"), I've done fairly decently thus far, and as an autistic am pretty much immune to the addictiveness of what I've given up. Also tried reconnecting with a former friend I had suddenly blocked out of impulse, and he seems forgiving, and while I have vented my issues to him in Telegram, he oddly hasn't responded at all, which unnerves me a little.
