I like the film. It was an okay family fantasy film.

That said I would like to point out that the original Star Wars having stilted dialogue was something even the actors pointed out. Alec Guinness described getting the script as "the dialogue was pretty ropey but I had to keep reading". Harrison Ford was a bit more blunt, telling George Lucas "You can write it but your sure as shit can't say it."
